SEX ADDICTION

Sex addiction is often spoken about lightly, yet many struggle with it in silence. What makes it especially difficult is how some of the cords that bind people are normalized and even accepted by society. Beneath that normalization lie guilt, shame, and isolation, with very few safe spaces to speak honestly. This reflection marks the beginning of a more open conversation about sexual sobriety, not from a place of answers, but from a place of naming what has been hidden so healing can begin.
